I think The Book Thief is inappropriately titled. The Word Thief would be more realistic, but it just doesn’t have the same ring, does it? I really struggled with this book, which surprised me a great deal because I was ready for the “BRILLIANT and hugely ambitious [and] LIFE CHANGING” emotions promised on the cover. [...]

Review – Bright Lights, Big Ass
Jen Lancaster is a hoot. There is really no other way to describe her. Her first memoir, Bitter is the New Black, focuses on her six figure dot com lifestyle and subsequent bout with unemployment. Review – Catching Fire
So, it appears I’m on a sequels kick. I had to wait a while for this one at the library so the timing was interesting. I don’t want to spoil too much here, other than to say, Catching Fire was not what I expected. I was not prepared to be as drawn to this book [...]
